Position: Sales Associate – Tech Solutions (B2B)
Location: Concord, ON (Travel required across GTA)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $21–$24/hour + Uncapped Commission (based on experience)
One of our clients is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Sales Associate to join a growing team specializing in custom digital solutions. In this role, you will work directly with B2B clients across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), helping businesses improve efficiency, visibility, and growth through tailored software, web development, SEO, and digital marketing services.
This role combines inside and outside sales, including cold calling, client visits, and presentations, and relationship management.
Responsibilities
· Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B leads in commercial and industrial markets
· Conduct cold calls, discovery calls, and consistent follow-ups
· Schedule and attend in-person meetings with clients across the GTA
· Present customized digital solutions including software, websites, SEO, and marketing services
· Prepare proposals and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
· Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
· Collaborate with internal teams including developers, designers, and marketers
· Track all sales activities using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
· Represent the company at networking events and industry functions
Requirements
· Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience (tech, SaaS, or digital services preferred)
· Proven success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals
· Strong understanding of technology and digital marketing concepts
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Ability to simplify technical solutions for business clients
· Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven mindset
· Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
· Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Nice to Have
· Multilingual abilities (Ukrainian, Polish, Russian, etc.)
· Experience selling software, web development, or SEO services
· Exposure to international or European business markets
