I interviewed with Toters for a Lead Product Manager role. The process started with an HR interview, followed by a session with the CPO. That discussion was very friendly and insightful. The CPO gave me a scenario-based case during the interview to analyze the root cause of an issue. I was told this would be the final technical step, and that the next stage would be a cultural fit interview.
However, in the cultural fit stage, I met with someone (likely from the product team) who unexpectedly asked additional technical questions and gave me another scenario-based case to analyze. This was confusing, as I had been informed that the technical evaluation was already complete and that this step would focus only on culture fit.
After this interview, I did not receive any further communication or feedback.
