Interview
There was no interview, just a phone call and an offer directly. Literally, they just asked me if I actually had a degree. They have made this process much more lengthy and strict since the group that I was hired in, based on all the horrible people that made it into the workplace with horrible mannerisms and minimal qualifications.

They only asked about my resume, specifically they verified the degree that I listed, and that was the only question.They didn't even ask me about my experience, my needs, or my expectations for compensation, or have me come in for an interview in person.
