The interview process consisted of CV screening, an English screening call, and Technical Round 1. I did not pass Technical Round 1 due to gaps in my foundational knowledge of Java Core and JavaScript fundamentals, as well as limited hands-on experience. However, the interviewers were very supportive and patiently guided me through the concepts step by step, which made the experience constructive and encouraging.

(before interviewes if selected): online technical test - 20 +- multiple choice questions of Java and SQL with one open question at the end 1st interview: on-site interview with HR and a senior developer to talk about our journey, the company and their journey; the second part of the interview is a whiteboard challenge. overall relative simple with the developer being cooperative. Even though it went smoothly they decided to move forward with other candidate(s).
