I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at inVentiv Health (New York, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
I applied through my school and was invited to on-campus interviews. Most of the questions were about my pre-MBA work experiences and behavioral. Only one light case in this round followed by a post-interview assignment to put together a few-page deck on the case.
The second around took place at inVentiv’s NYC office and was with several individuals at different levels. Approximately, five days prior to my scheduled second round, the HR instructed me to prepare a 20-minute PowerPoint presentation on a topic of my choice. I ended up having more than five days to prepare the deck because they postponed the interviews once. The deck was subsequently presented to a friendly audience of several people. They asked a few questions to me as well as to the entire group, which led to some discussions in the middle of my presentation. In addition to questions on my past experiences and a lot of behavioral / fit questions, they gave me at least two if not three cases including a math-heavy case and a marketing-sizing one. I assume cases you get depend on which practice area you state that you are interested in during your first round. Two similar-level consultants took me out for lunch as well.

Question 1
Why consulting instead of the industry (a pharma company) or banking, why inVentiv, how I hear about inVentiv, why inVentiv, what practice area I was interested in
What type of management style I was looking for, what my leadership style was, how I did something in my resume and what my rationale was, how I handled difficult coworkers, how I respond when my coworkers find my mistake and bring them up

Interview
I applied online and within one week scheduled a phone interview with the HR recruiter at Inventiv Health. The position was for a consultant role. The interview began normal, however took a turn for the worst when the recruiter's tone and attitude because very condescending. The recruiter became hostile towards me for not having the exact experience they were looking for and proceeded to ask me very vague questions about what daily metrics I have used in my past positions. I was unsure what she meant by this question so I asked her for an example. She ignored me and continued on to other questions. It was apparent to me that the recruiter had little knowledge of what the role entailed because when I asked her questions about it, she became annoyed. I wanted this call to end, so when I had chance to speak, I asked my last question regarding next steps. She responded by criticizing my ability to articulate what I did in my last role as a manager at a Biotech company. It is ok not to be a match for a certain role, but it is NOT ok to be speak the way she did to me(as I am sure I am not the first).
I am writing this review because I have never been spoken to or treated so poorly by a recruiter and I feel obligated to share this with anyone considering a position at this company. The recruiter was extremely unprofessional and I highly recommend avoiding this recruiter and the company.

Interview
The on campus interviews were both fit and case. The take home assignment was to create a small powerpoint deck over the weekend. Did not move on to the next step, which would have been in-office interviews, both fit and case again, with multiple interviewers.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at inVentiv Health (New York, NY)
Interview
My first experience interviewing was fine and I didn't an offer. The second time for a different role I was referred to a terrible HR person. She informed me that interviews would be set up for multiple roles as per the hiring manager's interest in my candidacy for multiple position. A week later when I didn't hear back I reached out to find out that she changed her mind
