First contact asked if I would complete a 'programming test' in 48hrs. There was no initial screening, or recruiter interview to ask questions about the role. The test seems to be your ticket to even see the showroom. I accepted and completed the test. Passed the test and proceeded to round 2 - but only then was I told that the position required relocation...even though the original job posting did not specify on-site. I had to withdraw my application as I could not relocate. Pretty terrible order of operations their recruiting staff chose to conduct the process in by waiting till after the test to tell me an ultimatum...
