Las preguntas iban desde la experiencia laboral previa hasta mis valores y mis competencias
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at iSpring in Sep 2020
Interview
Prior to the interview, I was asked to complete a 90-minute personality/psychology test online with rather indiscrete questions, for example concerning health or personal routines.
The interview itself took place over Skype. The company did not reveal which position they could actually offer. Instead, it was a general acquaintance interview.
We discussed my previous roles that were not very relevant, then we discussed books I have read, so I felt we are going far away from the topic. Luckily, I had a chance to ask my own questions, but the answers were not very helpful since it was someone from top management who was not in the position to go into specific details.
Finally, it turned out that a second person attended the interview as well, but they were on mute all the time and I felt uncomfortable realizing someone else was attending secretly. They were not even introduced.
Generally, I felt that I wasted my time. Although the company seemed to be ok at first, the interview left an impression that they have a bad company culture.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at iSpring (Yoshkar-Ola) in Feb 2015
