Complete an online questionnaire before the interview to determine suitability for a sales role. Normal interview questions, some related to sales, then mock phone sales run through, feedback and another go at the sales run through.
Pretty straightforward. Have to go through steps but overall good experience. The video interview was very descriptive while the face to face interview was relative to job. once i got hired the systems were sent to my place. the process was smooth

Had a couple of phone interviews followed by face to face, more to get an understanding of you and if you will be a right culture fit. Had some sales question scenarios also to see how you would respond in certain situations.
