Interview
I had an initial interview with the hiring manager, then next interviewed with one of the developers on the team. After 4 weeks of following up I have been ghosted with no mention of why or any follow up from the team.

Question 1
Name a time when you had to explain a technical issue with a non technical user.
There was a preliminary screening call with HR manager to share about the company and the role. It was then followed by an in-person interview with the Manager and the team.

3 interviews. Prove that you'll be able to get things done, give a darn (care about others), tell things the way they are, and you're not afraid of a challenge.
