Phone interview to start which was followed by a video interview. They ask about prior experience and why you would be a good fit. It's not overly formal, and my interviewer was approachable and easy going.
you apply they schedule a meeting with you. However, the interviewer did not show up. when contacted him he said he forgot. when they asked to reschedule I did not do it because i thought they were unreliable. and i think the owner or the manager is the one who was supposed to interview me.
Overall basic was a basic sales interview. Where you are from, your sales background, including your availability and comfort with working on the weekends. Found the interview to be very easy at the time.
