Applied online on RippleMatch. Heard back from recruiter in about ~2-3 weeks of applying. They requested available time slots in a google form.
2 rounds of interviews, 45 min each, back to back.
1st round with hiring manager and 2nd round with skip level / director.
Final decision heard back in 4-5 more weeks.

Job posted on university careers page, applied externally via RippleMatch. Took a month between applying and hearing back about an interview invite. No phone screen, one virtual superday of 45min back to back interviews. Interviewers didn't show much emotion and were pretty cut and dried. After the interview, it took 2 months to get an automated rejection email, and this was only after I followed up with HR and they assured me I was still in consideration after a month.
