My initial communications was with an outside agency that set me up with this interview. Once they had reviewed my interview and decided to move forward they set up an interview with in 4 days of my original notification of the job availability. The interview process was very informal and the structure was very laid back and more conversational than Q & A. This also goes for my 2nd interview that was scheduled about 3 days after my first interview.
