Interview
The process is extremely extensive and unnecessarily difficult. It begins with a large group of 15 people, which immediately creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. They then announce that the group will be split between two managers for brief individual interviews.
While they claim that candidates can be accepted without prior iGaming experience, they quickly dismiss anyone lacking it, even if the candidate demonstrates eagerness to learn. How can they fairly evaluate someone based on just two questions, especially when handled by two completely different interviewers simultaneously?
The entire process is poorly organized, leaving candidates feeling stressed, uncomfortable, and undervalued. It undermined my confidence and left me questioning their approach to recruitment.

1 or 2 questions about igaming, another question about yourself and if they don’t like you at all, the session is closed
Interview of average difficulty. Testing mostly communication and language skills. Friendly and easy going. The interviewers were not very strict, kept a polite attitude showing respect to me. Not very hard questions
2 interviews all in all - first one with TL and second one with SUP.
It may change in different team as the team depends on your language. It wasn’t long much, the first one was about 20min, the second one. Was about 1 hour or so.

Was wonderful and informative they cover all benefit question day to day work and how the shifts work as they are rotating and how the paid time off works. Very pleasant interview and professional people.
