The process is extremely extensive and unnecessarily difficult. It begins with a large group of 15 people, which immediately creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. They then announce that the group will be split between two managers for brief individual interviews. While they claim that candidates can be accepted without prior iGaming experience, they quickly dismiss anyone lacking it, even if the candidate demonstrates eagerness to learn. How can they fairly evaluate someone based on just two questions, especially when handled by two completely different interviewers simultaneously? The entire process is poorly organized, leaving candidates feeling stressed, uncomfortable, and undervalued. It undermined my confidence and left me questioning their approach to recruitment.
