Manager meets, explains the role, asks few questions about availability and commitment and other work experiences. They also ask you to do a trial shoft for an hour or so and see you work in their environment.

Availability, when can you start, and location comfortable?
Very easy - make you do a 'trial' shift for 3 hours and then ask you about what days you can work/when you can start etc.
Interview is mostly based around the trial but the trail is quite easy/don't make you do anything difficult per say.
