Interview
There were technical round process and managerial, followed by HR round. Technical round was average with some coding questions and also sql query. Managerial will also have coding questions sometimes.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at athenahealth (Bengaluru)
Interview
They called us for interview. We waited for around 1 hr before taking up coding test. Some of them completed the coding. The rest were asked to leave. I think many did not clear the second round. In the second round, you have to explain the design and coding that you did.
I feel judging a experience person just by coding skills will not help to get good candidates.

Interview
The Interview process is a lit bit lengthy , First we would have a telephone screening followed by one or two rounds of online coding test . The face to face interview Consists of three rounds.
Round 1 would be a puzzle solving round accompanied with coding the same.Once cleared the next would be another technical round where you have to go through what have you have done in your previous projects and then another round were they would explain more about the position and what the company can offer. Once all these rounds are through , we would have a HR discussion round

Question 1
You have 100 doors in a row that are all initially closed. you make 100 passes by the doors starting with the first door every time. the first time through you visit every door and toggle the door (if the door is closed, you open it, if its open, you close it). the second time you only visit every 2nd door (door #2, #4, #6). the third time, every 3rd door (door #3, #6, #9), ec, until you only visit the 100th door.
What state are the doors in after the last pass? Which are open which are closed?
