I applied as a reference from a classmate and was matched up with a recruiter pretty quickly. We did a screening interview and then I went in for an in person interview. It was 4 hours, lots of behavioral questions, and I presented the project they had me work on (slide deck). I didn't get that job but kept working with the recruiter. Went in for another in person interview with a different team. This one lasted 3 hours, similar behavioral questions, and I presented another project at the end (2 page summary of my analysis). From start to finish the process took just under two months but my recruiter was attentive and extremely helpful.
