I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at athenahealth in Sep 2021
Interview
I previously worked at athena but I forgot how long of an interview process they have. I personally feel like 4 interviews for a role making 60k a year is way too many. The questions were all very business/data based, and each interview takes 40-60 minutes. I didn’t hear anything back for weeks, I finally emailed the recruiter and within a few hours received the email that I did not get the position. I just feel like that is a lot of time to take to interview someone!

Question 1
How I came to conclusions based off of data I had to sort through.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at athenahealth (Austin, TX) in Aug 2023
Interview
It began with a quick call with recruiter. Second interview was set up for a call with someone on the same level. Recruiter seemed very short with me and changed the schedule. Then we scheduled time for 3 consecutive calls on the same day with the team. I felt like I knew where I was in the process and was kept up to speed for the most part. However after months of being ghosted, I’ve given up on receiving a response, which seems the bare minimum for my time.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at athenahealth (Watertown, MA) in Oct 2016
Interview
The interview process took around 3 weeks. There was a recruiter screening call, another phone screen with the department's senior manager, and then an in-person interview with various members of the team.
