      Clinical Performance Associate Interview

      Jan 2, 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at athenahealth

      Interview

It was a very informative interview with Management team well researched and made the interview a very comfortable experience. There was ample opportunity to discuss and there were great questions asked about compatibility and how certain situations within work experience was handled. I was anticipating the interview to have a portion dedicated to technical skills which were strong preferences in the job description.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

There was a question: "I don't like ice cream. How would you convince me to try it?"

      Interview

1st round was a 30 minute video chat with HR/ Recruiting representative. 2nd round was a half day interview at the headquarters where you presented your 30 minute project and met back to back interviewers. Finally, they gave us a tour of the campus and the different departments. Overall, very welcoming environment and interview questions were mostly behavioral.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at athenahealth (Watertown, MA) in Jun 2015

      Interview

Very fast interviewing process. Had 30 minutes phone interview with recruiter. Then 30 minute interview with hiring manager. They then set up in person interviews. Emailed a project to do involving data analysis that I would have to present. During the in person interview I met with 5 people and gave my presentation, about 5 hours total. Interview questions were not hard, mostly behavioral, one analytical case question but easy. They care that you are smart, hardworking and would fit in with their companies culture.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Mostly behavioral. Describe a situation when... and how did you handle that?
