Stupid, Poorly organized, Unprofessional, Junior panel to a higher senior employee.
They have invited almost 50-60 people at the same reporting time 10 AM in the morning, & everyone appeared there like a bunch of herds.
I was remembering Conway's law: "organizations which design systems are constrained to produce designs which are copies of the communication structures of these organizations."
The interview process itself tells you how poor might be the company's organizational structure which can't even manage to conduct a walk-in type interview in a time effective manner.
The panel was consisting of few highly “tired” and “non-enthusiastic” members. Some of them looked senior and rest are 3/4 years experienced developers who just came to interview people, by searching the internet about few problem-solving programs. If you are lucky enough you will easily clear the first round if you still remember the silly palindrome, Fibonacci series kind of problems that you have solved during your college degree.
I am thinking about the management who are sitting on top, how frustrated they could be with these bunch of so-called IT aware labors. I am sure, everyone would be working very hard, day & night in this organization because they have to, as I didn't see any influence of organized and smart thinking in the whole process.
Keep going... keep writing tons of LOC with zero quality ... work hard day & night & weekends... :)
