Interview
Interview was a group interview. Very easy, generic questions. Store manager is very strict and has the store very organized. In the inteview, you just have to be on point. Don't duplicate answers unless that is really the only thing thought of on your own. Don't say "As he/she said," because you don't sound unique.
I Went through two interviews once I was hired, I had to do a background check. And then I had to wait to get into the system. The process took 2/3 weeks.
The interview process for sales associate at Adidas was brief. The hiring manager interviewed us as a group of 3 outside the mall. We learned whether we would be moving forward the following day.
Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
