    I worked at adidas part-time

    Pros

The people were amazing to work with. The product was great. They had a fair schedule for part-time employees.

    Cons

There was little to no opportunities. Although they wanted a team aspect, there was a lot of back and forth between not only associates but management as well. Their incentive program was little to none. They wanted a work-life balance but would hesitate to give you days off if requested, or make you feel guilty.

    Advice to Management

Be on the same page as each other, communicate more. Other than that you have amazing personalities.

I have been working at adidas part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Relaxed environment, encouraging team, representing a great brand, a discount policy that isn't strict

    Cons

Never getting more than 20 hours on average unless you take others shifts or are a lead. The career opportunities as a sales associate are relatively dead end unless you network with individuals from head quarters.

I have been working at adidas full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Worked there as a team lead in the retail sector. The environment is fun, and while there are sales targets like any other business, you are encouraged to just provide customer service. The fact that someone was not always harping to hit numbers made it enjoyable. As well, due to the good atmosphere, sales targets were achievable regardless. There were also good team nights.

    Cons

The salary is horrible, and not adjusted with rising wages. The pay difference between management and a sales associate is not nearly enough to justify the increase in responsibility. Do not expect growth in the retail portion in the organization

    Advice to Management

Respect staff more, and create more opportunities for growth
