I have been working at adidas full-time

I worked at adidas full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Rrsp plan, benefits, 3 week vacation to start.

    Cons

Does not stand behind own policies. Poor HR practices. I was sexually assaulted by another Male employee that I was forced to share a room with during a work trip. I should have called the police. Guy kept his job, I was told in the letter that no company policy was broken. I was also handed a final written warning when I got back to work for something that I had no control over as I was on medical leave.

    Advice to Management

Hr needs to update practices, follow local provincial legislation, and be on the side of the victim. Weak leadership shown from organization as a final written warning was issued when returning to work from assault. This was of course done to be used if I had become a liability after the assault. Shame on adidas group and the poorly trained HR staff.

    I worked at adidas part-time

    Pros

The people were amazing to work with. The product was great. They had a fair schedule for part-time employees.

    Cons

There was little to no opportunities. Although they wanted a team aspect, there was a lot of back and forth between not only associates but management as well. Their incentive program was little to none. They wanted a work-life balance but would hesitate to give you days off if requested, or make you feel guilty.

    Advice to Management

Be on the same page as each other, communicate more. Other than that you have amazing personalities.
