Apply online, they will then short list you. Answer some email questionnaires and then come in for an interview. Normal chit chat on experience and how you service. Main sell is in your personality and sociability.

online ask a good amount of questions. talked about what was like to work there. asked usual interview questions. they told me tell me about myself, most of the time felt like a conversation. Last the whole schedule online.
