I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at adidas (Singapore)
Interview
Super long time to take the whole process, about 6 weeks. Taken 3 rounds of interviews, from 1st virtual interview with HR in Philippines, to 2nd one with hiring manager, to 3rd one in face to face interview with hiring team and HR and even customer service? Case study in PPT form was required to complete and present before the 3rd interview.

Question 1
What are the challenges do you think you will be facing in the company if you are in the position?
Was genuinely excited about the opportunity to interview for a corporate role, but the experience was disappointing. The interview didn’t cover my work experience at all and instead included comments that felt personal and inappropriate for a professional setting. First impressions matter, and this interaction gave me clarity about the company’s culture. In hindsight, I see it as a positive outcome — it felt like dodging a bullet

Interview
The interview process was well-guided, with a clear trajectory explained at the first interview. They were also flexible with interview dates, which was very helpful. In case of questions, HR was always there to help me.
