2 stage interview. First stage general competency group interview, approximately 20 people working through a number of tasks. Good general knowledge based tasks getting individuals to work both as a team and individually. Second stage, 121 interview with manager. General job role related questions were asked.

Relatively easy and smooth. The team was very responsive and friendly throughout the recruitment process
Quite lengthy process though, the offer was received two weeks after I have received my acceptance letter.
