Had 2 rounds of interview, one is a pre-recorded interview by HR and you just need to record your response to them and another is an actual online interview with the managers.

The overall in loco interview was difficult. Starting with a few questions on the company, such as naming few ambassadors, differences between Adidas and Nike, and what I could have brought to the table, the second part of the process got tougher. I had to go through an on-site assessment, which consisted of the conception of a social, communicative campaign to sponsor a particular product, providing explanations regarding elements such as size of influencers, media channels etc. Stressful, and exhausting.
