Applied online and was called for an interview on the same day. On the day of the interview it turned out to be a group interview. There were seven applicants in the room and we all took turns answering the questions.

Whats are 2 words your previous employer would use to describe you?
I Went through two interviews once I was hired, I had to do a background check. And then I had to wait to get into the system. The process took 2/3 weeks.
The interview process for sales associate at Adidas was brief. The hiring manager interviewed us as a group of 3 outside the mall. We learned whether we would be moving forward the following day.
Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
