Interview
Interview with line manager and Human Resources. Previous experience questions, recommendation to use STAR to better answer questions with examples.
Phone interview was quite basic and lasted for ~ 30 minutes. The face to face one lasted for more than 1 hour and included multiple questions on previous experiences and motivation. Cultural fit seems to be important as well in the process

Interview
Applied online, had a phone screening then took a video interview with 5-10 pre-recorded questions and 2 minutes to answer each one, and was then called in person for an hour-long interview. The video interview was the worst part of the experience, as it is awkward and difficult to put on an enthusiastic front when you are literally just talking to your computer with no human feedback on the other end. Once that was over, the in=person interview conducted was in front of a small panel of 3 people, who were easy-going and not trying to drill you or catch you off guard. Questions consisted of relevant experience, knowledge of the position and the company itself.

Interview
After the CV screening, I was notified via email that I proceeded to the next step which was a phone interview. The interview ran really smoothly. It was kind of a conversation mostly. The interviewer also asked some personal questions (nothing offensive), I guess in an effort to make me feel comfortable.
