I got referred by a manager who use to work there. Filled out an application and received a phone call from the store manager to come in for an interview. He asked pretty basic questions. After the interview i got an email saying when to come in and start. The process took about a week.

Interview
I had 2 people to interview me. They were friendly. Asked me a lot of questions and listened to me carefully while making some notes. I answered about 20 questions in total and spent half an hour.

Remember a situation from your previous working experience when you made a mistake. How did you behave?
Not difficult why you want to work here, and what products you are familiar with. I would recommend looking into the company and dressing nice, not to mention don't be nervous.
Very straightforward and easy. Offered me the job on the spot. Everyone is nice and lighthearted. The interview asked basics like "tell me about a time when you gave great customer service"
