Interview
Anfangs wurde ich angerufen und für eine Woche später zum Skype Gespräch eingeladen. Es war selbstverständlich für meinen Vorgesetzten, dass ich wegen meines Auslandsaufenthaltes nicht persönlich kommen konnte.
Am Gespräch haben zwei Marketing Manager teilgenommen. Es war sehr angenehm, da mir am Anfang das "Du" angeboten wurde. Anfangs wurde auf meine Person eingegangen, dann auf das Fachwissen, das für die Stelle nötig war. Da ich keinen expliziten Marketing-Hintergrund habe, hat mir das angeeignete Wissen über das Unternehmen sehr geholfen.
Zusammenfassend war es ein sehr gutes Gespräch - eine Woche später habe ich die Zusage erhalten.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward and well-organized. It started with a recorded video interview, followed by a one-on-one interview with the department manager via Teams. The manager was very helpful, clear in her communication, and made the conversation feel comfortable. Overall, it was a positive and smooth experience.

What do you know about the brand?
The first step was a one-way online interview and consisted of answering basic questions about yourself and why would one want to work at Adidas. I only had two minutes to answer each question which was not very convenient.
Recorded video interview for the recruiter, a casual fifteen minute chat with hiring manager, and a three hour group session with the other candidates involving a group case study. Happens over the span of a month, tough process but not the worst.
