Interview
I was first interviewed by one of the Team Leads, and a sales associate. Is what a group interview with me and another guy.
Thankfully the other guy did not interview well at all, which gave me a leg up since I had no experience with sportswear.
After the first interview I was called back for a second interview with the SM, who asked me a lot of technical questions and hired me on the spot.
15 min behavioral interview where I was asked things like , “how do you work on a team”, “why adidas”. Afterwards was asked if I wanted to work part time or full time.
The entire process was very easy and stress-free, with everything running smoothly from start to finish. Each step was clear, straightforward, and required minimal effort, which allowed me to stay relaxed and focused without feeling overwhelmed. It felt seamless and well-organized, making the experience both convenient and worry-free.
The interview was in person and simple. The questions asked were straight forward and easy to understand. The interview lasted for about 15 minutes and I was offered the job right after the interview
