AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Was meant to be a three or four stage process, but it turned out to be a lot worse than that. They do not respect your time or effort and are feckless in every sense of the word. This is for the position in Barcelona. First meeting: With recruiter, fairly normal questions and normal experience no problems there. First interview: had my first interview with three people remotely. The questions were thought provoking and I did very well in order to continue to the next stage. At the end of the interview they sent me a task that I had to complete immediately, testing my marketing expertise and language ability in Spanish, English and German. Second interview: this was a week later. Was given one week to create and present a marketing presentation focused on how best to target Zurich's key audiences in the future. I had to present for 20-30 minutes and questions at the end. This required a lot of effort and time and my week was focused on finishing this presentation which I did. Presentation went very well and I proceeded to the final round. Final interview: on the morning of the interview (a few hours before, incredibly unprofessional), I received an email saying that my interview had to be pushed back due to reorganization of the marketing team, whatever that means? Did they not know they had to do this before they started the interview process? They pushed it back by ONE MONTH! One month later: I send another email asking about the final stage interview. I was told tha it was going to be pushed back by ANOTHER MONTH! This back and forth continued from February 2022 until June 2022 where they couldn't give me any more information and they simply didnt care about the effort I had put in for this process, nor about my time. Incredibly disrespectful people all of them, total waste of my time and a good insight into how they treat their employees. Absolutely despicable and genuienly the worst interview process I've ever had in my life. Absolutely no respect whatsoever and total radio silence on the process. Horrific people who are so disorganized to work out that they need to organize the marketing team completely before they apply for new candidates. Either incredibly thick or incredibly unorganized. Either way I would despise working with them.
