I had an interview with hiring manager after that no response from the recruiter. Wasting of time, I had the interview 4 months back the requirement is still open.
As a courtesy, the recruiter should provide a response to the candidate. Inefficient recruitment team.
Total waste of 45 minutes..

Overly lengthy process, got to 4th stage and felt it was being dragged out for no real reason. I'm sure they lose lots of candidates due to this unnecessary tiered interview process.

After nearly two months without feedback, and three months invested in interviews, the lack of detailed response is disappointing. It's surprising they don't realize how poorly this reflects on them.

HR/Recruiter is impatient and hardly share details.
No follow ups or response to questions once interview is done.
No clarity on what they are looking for.
