I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ZoomInfo in Dec 2024
Interview
Applied on ZoomInfo's careers site, got a call from Luke P. (amazing guy, super energetic) and I guess I did great as he scheduled the interview with the managers by the end of that same call. Couple days later I interviewed with two managers, Meghan M. and Mike M. (also super cool down-to-earth people, interesting interview), and got the call with the offer 15 minutes after it.

I applied online. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Vancouver, WA) in Sep 2017
Interview
Interview process took about 1 month because I applied and had my first phone screen while I was on vacation, and had to wait ~2 weeks until I got home to continue it. The on-site interview was professional but also decently laid-back. With the exception of a couple job-specific questions and "tests," it was pretty all-encompassing and catered more towards getting to know the job candidate as a person. I performed well on the cognitive assessment they had me take and had an above-average resume for a recent college grad, so it was relatively stress-free in regards to proving I was capable of doing the job. First interview was conducted by a Director of Sales, and when he left they brought in one of the two VPs.
I highly recommend you get McKenzie Griffin. She was incredible. Her communication was top-notch. She went above and beyond to ensure the candidate felt ready and prepared. One of the best Recruiters I have ever encountered.
First interview is an introduction. Second is a formal interview with a little role play. You will be expected to know what they do? You will also need to be able to sell to them.
