Interview
Technical questions were not upto the mark to judge the competency of the candidate.
The Interview rounds are not interactive rather very non-technical and functional based.
The interviewer was unable to frame the requirements properly and the scenario based questions are pretty amateur.

I was invited for an interview through a referral. The interview process itself didnt take that long but i felt it was so bad that they did not even let me know that they didnt proceed with me. Highly unprofessional
