Zocdoc interview questions

I applied on their career page. I was contacted shortly after asking for my availability for a recruiter screen. I submitted my preferences and the recruiter set up a time and emailed me an invite which I accepted. I was prepared and ready at the set time and the recruiter never called. I emailed about 15 minutes into the interview time asking if we needed to reschedule but never got a response. About a week later I received a templated rejection. Job searching is hard enough without unprofessional behavior like this.

I applied online and they reached out pretty soon after application submission. It was easy enough and they conducted all scheduling online. It was a seamless process and I scheduled multiple interviews.
