I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zillow in Sep 2021
Interview
The interview process was great. I received an email from the recruiter inviting me to discuss the job opening as she had located my resume online. I had a 30-minute interview with her over the phone discussing general topics (my resume, my experience, the position details, salary, the systems the company uses, and a little background info on the company). I felt that the interview went very well. Three days later the recruiter emailed to invite me to do two 30-minute interviews via Zoom. I did the Zoom interviews 3 business days later with a manager first, and then a supervisor. They were both very personable and provided great, transparent info about the position. Interview questions were not difficult. It seemed that as long as the questions were answered clearly and fully explained with details, they were pleased. I also felt like these interviews went awesome. That was the final stage in the interview process. The supervisor advised me the team would be meeting the following day to discuss the potential candidates and that I should hear something by the end of the week or the beginning of the following week. As I am typing this, there is one business day left in the week and I have not heard anything back yet, but I am very hopeful that I will receive an offer soon. The company feels like it would be a great fit for me, and I would love the opportunity to become a part of and grow with the Zillow team!
