First round is phone call with HR. Just general questions about why applying and walk through the resume. Second round is a call with the hiring manager. The hiring manager gave a case study.

Interview
I interviewed with this company from May 2022 to November 2022. I had to reach out multiple times to receive updates (they were restructuring) and told I was too qualified for one position, underqualified for another and asked if I would like to be kept in mind. It was a tiresome cat and mouse game that felt like they were stringing me along. The Head of the Department who I met with first never reached out to acknowledge the ups and downs of the process. I met with a total of 5 people.
