Interview Process:
The interview process consisted of a manager round where I had the opportunity to discuss my past projects and explain my skills in detail. The manager seemed disinterested during the entire interview. I spent time explaining my experience, but the manager didn't seem engaged or responsive to the details of my answers. The questions asked were either unrelated to the role or not challenging enough for the position I applied for. It felt like the interview was more of a formality rather than a genuine attempt to assess my fit for the role.
Lack of Communication and Feedback:
After the manager round, I did not hear anything back from the company, despite being told I would be updated in a timely manner. I sent multiple follow-up emails, but I never received any acknowledgment. This lack of response made me feel like my time was wasted, especially given that the manager didn’t seem genuinely interested in moving forward.
Company Perception:
This experience has left me with a very negative impression of the company. It felt like the manager was not seriously considering candidates for the role, and the lack of communication afterward confirmed my doubts. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism and respect for candidates' time.
Overall Experience:
Overall, I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism in the interview process. I would advise future candidates to carefully evaluate whether this is a company that values their time and respects the hiring process.
