Interview
The inclusion of an aptitude test to shortlist the candidates is a very pro industry way of picking people out. Especially when the role is a problem solving one. So a great start to that.
Followed by 2 rounds of Skype interviews, 2 rounds of technical interviews on site, and a final round of interview with senior VP.
The interviews were based on situational based questions, technical queries, SQL queries, etc.
Pretty mix of the types of scenarios a product support guy would face.

What is your current job role and what is the most difficult issue you resolve on daily basis.
The entire process was easy with a total of 7 rounds starting with Aptitude tests, technical, manager and so on. The HRs coordinated well throughout the process scheduling each rounds on flexible days and timings.
