The interview process is an annoying one. Initially there is an Aptitude Test which consisted of 50 questions for 12 minutes. I am not sure why experienced hires need this test. Next, there were 2 technical rounds. The interviewers were adamant enough to write each line of code. They must not have heard about a wonderful search engine called GOOGLE and how developers use it in their daily life to achieve their tasks. They expect you to produce syntactically correct code under 5 minutes. The interview process was not well planned and I had to waste 2-3 hours in waiting for the interview panel. The recruiter makes sure that she embarrasses you about your skill set. This is her knack to negotiate your salary. On the whole, it is just a waste of time. Stay away from this company.
