It was a very welcoming and relaxed conversation where I was asked about my previous experience in customer service, why I wanted to work at Zara, and how I stay updated with fashion trends. Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.
