Interview
I applied online, I got a phone call after 3 days. They asked me some informations about my personal details, flexibility, availability and confirmed for a face to face interview the next week. We were about 30 people, first we had to fill up a form (personal details, nin, interested position and store location, availability for full time or part time and for working on day or night) and than we watched a video about zara life in store. Then we had a very quick chat with human resource staff, asking about last work experience.
After 10 days I got an email saying that I was successful and they will contact me shortly when some vacancies match with my preferences. I'm still waiting for, I never got any call so far 😔, it's been 2 months now.
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
