1st call with hr 2nd call with manager 3rd call again with hr and request to prepare a case study 4th call (no pause): 1hour with team mates, 1hour again with manager and hr, 2hours with a completely different team asking me to present my case study. It was like presenting a finance report to the branding team. No sense. And they have been looking for someone for the role for 2 years. Very efficient. Also important to mention the last interviewer (another team manager) was eating lunch instead of listening.
