The first interview was exceptional the Recruiter was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The interview last 40 min and after that they called me for a second interview. The second one was postponed 2 times and i waited two months for the second interview do be conducted. And when i did the second one was terrible, the interviewer didn’t even present herself she said a tipical hi and the tipical question talk about yourself. In the middle of the interview she told me that we can not continue as I didnt fit in the position and as it seems the first recruiter has not done well the prescreaning. This is totally un proffesional this would never happen in the current company that i work. I thought that was an well organized and proffesional company but coming with such an answer i think its not normal.
