They call you after your admission of the application to work for them; then they call you in for interview. Some days later, they call you back to say if you got the job or not.

Just ask you about your history and education, if you are easy going and how well you go with others.
Bon entretien, questions intéressantes, personne à l'écoute. Détail sur le parcours et questions pas trop philosophiques. L'échange est intéressant, et ne parle pas seulement du parcours mais aussi de la vision pour le futur.

Pourquoi rejoindre Zalando, quel est votre objectif ?
It was a standard screening interview with a talent acquisition rep. Asked a couple of questions. I had already received an offer from another company at that time, so I wasn't open to interview further.
