Interview
The hiring process was long and a bit time consuming from reviewing CV's until the very end (4 months). Seems to be 1 initial phone interview and 2 skype/face-to-face interview. HR seems to be an issue as it was a tad disorganized and uncoordinated. I reached out to the Recruiter about the job, never received any response. Until 2 months after, hearing from a different recruiter inviting for initial phone interview with hiring manager. Only giving 2 days notice and no flexibility with time. After two weeks you get invited for the next step for in-person interview with hiring manager and team lead for an hour (not flexible with the time). HR did not think/know applicant is outside Germany so I had to mention only Skype interview is possible. You hear back at least a week for an interview with HR (a different one again) and VP for another interview for 1.5 hours. HR did not show up at the scheduled time and I had to reach out that I'm open for rescheduling. HR mentioned a misunderstanding on the time booked on her calendar. Had to reschedule a week after. After interview with HR and VP, they said they will call you and as well ask you for feedback regarding the process. Two weeks had passed no call and received a short email regarding result with no clear feedback as to the interview, stating general reason that they have so many people wanting to work for them and "small details" are the identifying factors for the decision. Good for practice interview, I suggest to have patience and have low/clear expectation about it.

Interview
Had a 30-minute phone screen with the two hiring managers followed by three in-person interviews with the same two hiring managers, their manager, and HR. The second interview with the two hiring managers involved a short case study analyzing year-over-year trends on the financial statement. The last interview with HR was not pleasant. She asked a lot of questions that would never really happen in a workplace situation and would constantly question or challenge your answers with endless follow-up questions. Two of my colleagues also interviewed with her and did not have a pleasant experience either.

It was multiple steps interview with different level of people. First one was with HR, than with HR and hiring manager online. Than I had interviews with different stakeholders which lasted for 2 hours.

Interview
