Interview
There are 2 Phases of Interview:
1. Phase I- Consists of 3 rounds takes about 90-120 minutes of time to complete all the task i.e online MCQs(Apptitude), PSDD( Case Study Analysis) and Virtual Interview.
Online MCQs are easy provided a candidate posses speed and accuracy. PSDD is case study round where you are provided with case study and series of question.

Asked about Leadership skills, time management, flexibility and attention to detail
The interviewer was cordial and helped me out when I was stuck somewhere. I had a terrible flu and fever, my interview didn't go well but the cordial support made it bearable to face the interview.

Before the interview there was an case study from which they asked the questions.
Fairly easy interview. The HR team did not provide any feedback. Even though the interview went very well I was not selected. Tried to contact the HR team but didn't get any reply or feedback.

Interview
I was asked guestimates, puzzles.It is required to brush up your quant skills, otherwise you will not clear preliminary tests. Probability, permutations and combinations, percentages are important.
Brush up on profit ,loss,sales, revenue case studies.
