I entered via Employee Referral. After my initial application, a recruiter emailed a month later for a pre-screen phone interview. Afterwards, first round was phone interview consisting of 30 min. behavioral and 30min case. Case is fairy straightforwards - slides via WebX and questions about marketing new drug, with basic calculations. Final round was in-person interview (3 hrs) with behavioral, unstructured case, case presentation, and project demo.
Everyone was friendly and receptive. Since they were all very casual, it did seem slightly awkward to be in a full suit (but better safe than sorry). The case presentation was some much material that you WILL NOT get through everything. My PPT wasn't even complete when it came to presentation, but verbalized my thought process to them using 2 or 3 word bullet points I had written down (it was presented to 2 upper management levels). They really want to see if you can quickly gain insights from a wealth of data, extract the major points, come up with recommendations/solutions, and present them clearly and confidently. Not a single calculation was necessary (nor did I do one) - but as a caveat, I applied for the SIP AC role which is more geared toward strategy, so other roles may have a different case setup.
My interview was on a Friday, I received a call on the following Tuesday to verbalize an offer, and then they email me the following day with a written offer.
