Hangouts interview with generic questions about me.(HR)
After 1-2 days they send me an assignment.
Then I have to make a call with vp of engineering. They rescheduled 2 times the appointment.
I convinced myself to continue the interview process.
Finally I had a rejection mail after the appointment with the vp of engineering.
It's too pity because they had a nice assignment,
but the company seems that they don't respect the time of candidates
cause:
they have postponed 2 times the call
they didn't explain the rejection reason.
Advice to management:
If you want to be treated like a Professional, act like a pro
