I applied online. I interviewed at Yes Energy (Boulder, CO) in Feb 2026
Interview
Interview process overall was confusing and inconsistent. After the initial email response, it took a few back and forth emails to get responses/things scheduled and overall communication felt disorganized and disjointed. I thought the second round interview went decent and connected well with the hiring manager. However, after they said I'd hear back within a couple weeks I was completely ghosted. I'm sure interviewers would appreciate better communication and responses even if we did not receive the position/move to the next round.

Interview
I had a great interview experience with YES Energy. The team was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to, and the process itself was smooth and responsive from start to finish. Even though we didn’t end up aligning on a path forward, the time was well spent, and I’d absolutely recommend interviewing with them to anyone considering the company.
